The Global Cinema Festival 2019 Siliguri was a film festival held in Siliguri, India, from August 21 to 25, 2019 . The festival was organized by the Film Federation of India (FFI) in association with the state Tourism department.The festival featured screenings of 36 feature films and 24 short films in three auditoriums: Dinabandhu Mancha, Rabindra Bhavan, and New Cinema .
